Is it safe to order online?

You can be assured that shopping with Pretty and Poised is safe! We’re a member of Verified by Visa” and “Secure by MasterCard”, providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like credit/debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot-be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.


How do I know you have received my order? 

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you this can take up to 90 minutes to arrive to your inbox. Once our team at the office have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know your order is on its way to you. 


Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our office team will have already started processing your order.


Will I receive a confirmation email? 

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.


How do I cancel my order? 

We know how important your order is, so we aim fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance to our Return Policy.


How can I track my package?

In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to the tracking history. From there you can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you.


What time will my order arrive? 

Deliveries can be made anytime between 8am - 9pm


I forgot to use my code 

We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.


My order was confirmed, but I just got an email that states I received a return. What does that mean? 

The item(s) you ordered was so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it the item(s) sold out. The good news is that we will refund you immediately for the cost of the item(s). (Minus any applicable promotion codes used on the order)


My purchase is over $75.00...why hasn’t the shipping charge been waived? 

Free shipping for orders over $75.00 (subtotal) applies to U.S. Domestic shipments only (when using standard delivery) when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $75.00 Expedited shipping (i.e., Overnight) for all locations is available and will be charged at the advertised rate shown when your order is placed, regardless of the total amount of the order. Free shipping code can not be paired with any other discount. 


What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item? 

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in “How do I return an item?” And we’ll do our best to resolve this for you.


Can you deliver to a different address other than my billing address?

Yes, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address; however, this needs to be done at the time of purchase. When filling out billing address simply un-check the box that says “Deliver to same address” you will be given the option to to enter a different shipping address. 


How long do I have to return an item? 

Please return unsuitable item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order. Please return item(s) in their original packaging. For a full breakdown please review Return policy.

How much does it cost to return an item?

We’re sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. A returns label for your local returns center will be included in your parcel.

Oh no! This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock!
