Pretty and Poised do not offer refunds, we accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition and all tags attached.

•You may exchange merchandise within 10 days of receiving merchandise. 

•The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable 

•Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email, with the option to receive another item, wait for product to stock, or receive money back (cost of item)

•If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship what’s in stock. 



Orders placed after 3:00 CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. 


We ship USPS. All options provided via checkout. 


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus shipping charge.


We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However expedited shipping is not available to a P.O. Box. 


Delivery time does not include Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Holidays. 


If your tracking information states that your package tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (USPS or Fedex) and address the issue directly with them. Pretty and Poised does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issues credits or refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 


Depending on the shipping method selected you will receive your order 1-13 days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date that it is placed. When order has been shipped you will receive a email with tracking information.



There will no longer be an option to pick up at location.  


Pretty and Poised reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse and or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: 

•An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing” 

•An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items or 

•Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
